Curry Todd : Tennessee High School Basketball Player

Curry Todd has been a constituent of the Tennessee House of Representatives since 1998. Before that he was a businessman, and before that a Memphis Police Official. But before any of these things, Curry Todd was a standout basketball player in high school, good enough to have received numerous scholarship offers from colleges and universities all around the country.

To this day, Curry Todd is the only Tennessee high school basketball player to make the All-Memphis team four years in a row. He also made it to the All-Shelby County basketball team for three years, and was named the Shelby County Player of the Year. He was elected a high school All-American in Scholastic and Parade magazines and named the Tennessee Player of the Year.
